Every Last Ounce™ is an introductory consulting service package provided by Adam Fields. The basic package is available at a discounted flat rate for the 1-2 week introductory price, which includes up to 40 hours of consultation and report writing. You may contract for the initial package with no further obligation. I also offer an accelerated 1-day intensive kickstart assessment to give you a very high-level overview or help address a specific issue.

If, after the initial analysis, you decide that you require further assistance, a followup proposal will be prepared for your specific case. This proposal may include additional analysis, implementation, or project management service, as needed. Followup work will be priced based on estimated work, at current consulting rates. Travel expenses outside of the NYC area will be billed separately, although most work can be performed remotely with sufficient access.
